Exquisite Period Early 19th Century Cumberland Action Three Pedestal Dining Table. The middle section as a drop leaf support structure with fold out legs. Two original pedestaled end sections. And two additional ORIGINAL leaves. All with magnificently matched figured mahogany boards. Museum quality finish retaining original patina. The Cumberland Pedestal Table reached its height of desire in the Late George III Period and into the Early Regency. It allows for the table to be used in many forms which was highly sought after when the dining room served a dual function as a ballroom.
