Early Nineteenth Century George III or Regency Eglomise Mirror of Carved Beechwood. The rectangular mirror plate flanked by eglomise panels of tassels, each hung with medallions of trophies and classical figures, surmounted by an eglomise panel reserved with an oval print depicting a maid and sheep, draped by a pair of overturned floral-filled cornucopia, the crest carved with a jardiniere issuing a Prince-of-Wales plume and draped with bellflower swags, all above the pendants carved with flowers, fluted pilasters, crosshatching and leaves.
